How does Felice Cafe stack up against those criteria?
Felice Cafe Product
Felice Cafe sells coffee. Their flagship product is their AM blend which is billed as “Your morning brew with health benefits, too.”
It provides increased energy and focus and contains a number of ingredients linked to improved mood, improved mental performance, reduced fatigue and reduced anxiety.
They also offer bags of Pumpkin Spice or Hazelnut flavored ground coffees.
I’ve tried the AM coffee and the Pecan. For me, the AM coffee tastes good and does improve my focus and mood. I don’t suffer the afternoon crash I used to commonly get. The ground coffee is a little lightly roasted for my taste, but the coffee is smooth and has a good flavor.
Compared to companies that have dozens (or more) products to sell, having such a small product line will provide a challenge for some. Others will like the simplicity and focus. Either a prospect is a coffee drinker or not. All they need to decide is do they like the product.

Leadership
I mentioned before that Felice Cafe is owned and operated by Robert and Sheri Blackman who are long-time veterans of the Network Marketing profession.
They have been successful distributors so know the business from that viewpoint. They also have experience running the business from the management side, having owned and operated a leads program for I think about 10 years. That combination is rare in the industry.
The Blackmans are active publicly as advocates for the company, spending a lot of time on social media promoting the company. At the same time, they are accessible as owners and will answer the phone to answer questions or support their distributors. They will even make themselves available for 3-way calls to help a Connector enroll customers. Most owners don’t spend a lot of time in the trenches, so the Blackmans are a positive exception here.
Compensation Plan
Felice Cafe operates a compressed unilevel compensation plan. This is a different spin than many companies offer.
A Unilevel, as you probably know, allows you to recruit as many people front-line as you want. No limits. They then pay commissions on some defined number of levels of downline distributors. A common scenario would be to pay 5% commissions on the volume of each of 7 levels. Companies pay out, on average 50% of sales as commissions.
Felice Cafe does things a little differently. They pay 5% on your first level, up to 40% on your second level and up to 10% on your third level. They then have infinity bonuses that will pay on 4th level and beyond.
By compressing that 50% of sales into the first three levels instead of spreading it over 7 or 9 levels, you can earn $660 per month with just 20 people on your team. This will allow more people to earn a check and thereby reduce one of the major problems MLM companies face: attrition because people are spending more than they’re earning.
Training
Felice Cafe does provide thorough training around launching your business with your warm market. They also have a sampling system in place to generate customers and “retail to recruit” distributors. You’ll also get training on how to work leads through text, email and phone and a source of obtaining leads is available as well.
Some Cafe Connectors will want to move beyond these means of building the business. Either to add to the company system or instead of. For Connectors wishing to build mostly online, the company lacks training to promote on social media or to use Attraction Marketing as ways to generate more leads for the distributor. This is a gap that would need to be filled by upline who are focused in these areas.
Verdict
If the company can last through the first couple years, this could be a good choice. Felice Cafe is still less than two years old. There is a high failure rate among young MLM companies. Whether that risk is enough to keep you from looking at the company seriously is a decision only you can make.
Felice Cafe offer the simplicity of selling a single product that works and has a high acceptance makes. On the other hand, there is a LOT of competition in the coffee market.
The idea that part-time people (who make up 90% of any MLM team) can make a decent check while still allowing the large upside that comes with building a big team. There is a trade-off that fewer people will make the huge checks that MLM can provide. There are only so many commission dollars a company can pay out. If a lot of them are going to the first couple levels, that takes money off the table big builders.
Whether trading big dollar potential for improved retention potential is something to consider before signing up.
The Problem With Felice Cafe
The biggest problem with joining Felice Cafe is the same problem you’ll face looking at any network marketing opportunity.
If you can’t find people to talk to about your business, you can’t recruit and sell. Which means you’ll earn no money.
