Want to or Need toDo They Want or Do They Need?

As I talk to more and more people about getting involved with a network marketing business, I’m learning an interesting thing.
There are a lot of people who are unhappy in their jobs.
They agree that their jobs get in the way of their week.
MLM leads and wanna be gurusThey don’t like the idea of working really hard every day so that the boss can have a big house and a nice retirement, while they struggle to pay for their small house. And they often don’t have much going on towards retirement.
Almost everyone I talk to wants more income, more free time or both.
Very few tell me they are really happy in their job.
We in the network marketing industry have the vehicle that can provide them with the fulfillment of those desires.
Yet most do not take advantage of it.
They need what we offer, but they don’t want to do anything about it.
Not really.
Even among those people who sign up, most won’t take the basic actions to build a business and achieve the extra income they need.
They don’t want to change their habits.
They don’t want to learn new skills.
So even though we offer them a chance to achieve their dreams. A more realistic chance than compensation planthey will ever see with their jobs, they let it all pass them by.
And, sadly, there isn’t a lot you or I can do about it.
If folks won’t take the steps, as simple as those steps are, they won’t move forward in the business.
You won’t be able to push, shove, cajole or whine them into it.
So don’t try to make them do something they don’t want to do.
Meet them where they are.
Stay in touch. Let them know how you’re doing and that you are available to help them when they are ready.
Always.
Some will come around and want to build.
Lock arms with them and teach them and help them build their business.
Those that don’t, well, love them anyway, but understand that while they may need what we offer, they don’t want to change who they are.
And that’s OK.
If you are someone who wants to make a change, I’ve found out how to make more money part time than most people make full time.
Would it be OK to get you some information about it so you can decide if it’s something that’s right for you?
Drop me an email and we’ll talk.
