Do a Google search for mlm recruiting. You’ll find pages with claims such as, “I recruit 5 people per day”, “I recruit 5 people per week”, “MLM recruiting secrets that will bring in 3 per day”…and on it goes. What a bunch of crap.
Let’s take these claims of having a super duper mlm recruiting system at face value and believe that they are 100% true. Does it sound like these people have found the path to success in network marketing, or they’ve fallen into just another grind of a job? How much time do you need to spend on Facebook or Twitter or Instagram or the phone to generate those numbers? Does that sound like freedom and owning your life to you? It doesn’t to me.
Is successful MLM recruiting a 90 per month thing?
If someone really is recruiting 90 or 100 people per month, how on earth are they able to train these new recruits? How can they do 2 on 1’s, or 3-way calls for 90 people? And still be recruiting their 3 per day? Or will their new recruits be left to figure out the business on their own, while their “sponsor” goes off to sign up their next recruit? Will any of those 90 people last more than a month or two?
How does that duplicate?
How does that help the new person survive, much less prosper?
How does that help anyone achieve the dream of building a successful business that allows you to have time, money and health? How does that help anyone to own their life?
Short answer: it doesn’t.
And don’t even get me started on the “mlm recruiting done for you” nonsense. Sheesh.
You need to be a sponsor
Look, if you want to build a big network marketing business and have the residual income that can provide, you’re going to need to be a sponsor.
A sponsor assumes a leadership and mentoring role for their new partners. The idea is to teach them and show them and help them get off to a strong start. You need to help them sponsor their first people and help them train those people. Then you need to help them help those people to do the same thing. That takes a commitment and you can’t do that with 20 people per month.
So if you’re looking for mlm recruiting secrets, I’ll give you one. Build deep as you build wide. Use a simple system that you can teach to your sponsored people and they can teach to theirs and they can teach to theirs. Go to work for your people and help them be successful in your business. Ultimately you will build a real residual income faster than the recruiting junkies will and better yet, it will last.
That’s how you build a genuine residual income and that’s how you take back your life.
