Here's a rough list of the tasks I do on a regular basis to build my business.

I use Facebook as my primary social media channel, so I have several activities I do there each day:

25 new friend requests
Engage with up to 50 other posts
Message all new friends to begin the conversation
Follow up on ongoing conversations
Check pinned post for new activity and respond as needed

I use the same posting strategy across social media, although I might do text on one platform and video on another, it depends. But my posting cycle is 5 days per week. I got this from a fellow on TikTok a while back. Wish I remembered his name so I could give him props.

Here's how I cycle content:

  1. Monday: Bust a Myth
  2. Tuesday: Give a gift
  3. Wednesday: Tell a story
  4. Thursday: Reveal a tactic
  5. Friday: Call-to-Action

 I operate two blogs, one directed at business minded folks and one directed at my customer target market. My goal is to write one new blog post per week and update one post per week on each.

I take those posts and turn them into videos for YouTube.

Then I chop up the videos into anywhere from 2 to 5 short form videos for YouTube Shorts, Reels and TikTok and release them throughout the week.

I'll also use the articles to develop posts for Facebook Groups. I engage with a few different groups throughout the week

Since I grew up in the days of cold telephone calls, I still call leads daily. I purchase lists and make 200 dials to new contacts per day.

I subscribe to several Safe Lists and send a daily email to those lists.

I send a daily email to my own broadcast list. The primary purpose of my blogs are to generate subscribers to my email lists.

Review ad results. Update as necessary. Place new ads as necessary.

There are other things depending on follow up needs and onboarding needs for new business partners, but these are the basics of my lead generation system.
