What is Level Up 247?
Level Up 247 is a new MLM that provides marketing tools and systems for network marketers.
The company is launching on July 5th and is promoting pre-launch now.
So is this newcomer to the tools space a category killer? Is it worth your sweat?
Let’s take a look at what we know so far. I’ll do updates as more information rolls out.
Management
The company website does not reveal the management team behind Level Up 247.
The promotional videos on the site are all done by Jordan Lear, so at this stage I’m going with the notion that Jordan and her husband Dave are the owners of the company.
Jordan and Dave have been around the industry for years.
They’ve had major success building teams within various companies
However, building a team and building a company aren’t necessarily the same skill sets.
The Lears did start A Great Life, an MLM company selling weight loss tea. They then sold that company to Total Life Changes in early 2020.
Products
The company is in pre-launch now and not a lot of details are available about their products.
They do show that there will be a one-time $30 Activation Fee for setup of the back office and marketing system. I’m not a fan of activation fees. I know they’re common, but my take is they’re just a means for the company to generate additional front-end revenue.
These are going to be replicated sites, so the company is incurring virtually zero cost to activate the site with your name attached to it. My take is the company should be earning their money from product sales, just like you will.
Their promotional videos tout a Landing Page builder and a Traffic Store.
The monthly price for the system will be $39.95.
I’ll update as I get more information, but my guess at this point is the page builder is the subscription product and the Traffic Store will be an added cost.
If so, $39.95 is on the high side for a page builder.
By comparison, LeadPages charges $27 per month for one site. A landing page builder is included in the basic auto responder package from GetResponse, which goes for $15 per month. A basic site from Wix is $18. Page Builders can be had for less than Level UP 247 is charging.
At this stage the page builder isn’t accessible. I’ll update this post when I can access it and take it for a spin.
There is a link to a Flyer Designer on the tools section of the site. However, it isn’t functional in pre-launch, so I have no idea what that is yet. How many people are using flyers to build their Network Marketing business, I don’t know.
There is talk of training in one of their promo videos, but I don’t see links in the back office, so we’ll have to wait and see what develops on that.
In the end, there are lots of questions at this point.
Compensation Plan
The $39.95 monthly membership cost goes 100% to BV for the Level Up 247 compensation plan. Your $39.95 counts as 40 BV toward the plan.
Fast Start Bonus
There is a Fast Start Bonus paid on your new enrollees/ customers of $25 on the first month’s subscription. THis is paid weekly, one week in arrears.
Binary
Level Up 247 uses a Binary compensation plan.
To qualify for the Binary, you need to purchase 40BV in a month or refer 160 BV in active customers per month. No definitions are provided to differentiate these customers from people you’d enroll as members. Perhaps there will be more clarity on this when they launch, but for now it looks to me like a normal auto-ship program, with which I have no problem.
I believe most people who join an MLM in order to earn money, simply end up as customers anyway, because they like the product, but they find they don’t like or don’t learn how to recruit and build a team.
The other qualification is to be Binary Qualified, which simply means you have one personally enrolled Active Member at 40BV each in your left leg and your right leg. Straightforward and simple.
The Binary pays $10 per cycle. A cycle happens each time there is 40BV on your left leg and 40BV on your right leg. Again, that’s straightforward and simple. That $10 represents 12.5% payout on the 80BV generated, which is higher than most MLM companies pay on average.
Level Up Bonuses
As you build your team, you can qualify for additional Level Up bonuses.
When you personally sponsor 10 reps or customers you will be paid $5 Fast Start bonus on each first order that takes place on the second level of your enroller tree. These are people enrolled by the people you enroll.
When you personally sponsor 20 reps or customers you will also be paid $5 Fast Start bonus on each first order that takes place on the third level of your enroller tree. These would be people enrolled by the people enrolled by the people you enroll.
I like Level Up 247’s compensation plan. It’s simple, easy to understand and the benchmarks are reasonable to achieve. This is a potentially lucrative plan.
Conclusion
I’m cautiously optimistic about Level Up 247.
There is market demand for the product, but this is no blue ocean. I’m looking for the “it” that differentiates this product offering from the many options that are already available. Also, we still don’t really know what the full product offering is. Meanwhile, as more information becomes available I’ll share it.
The compensation plan is lucrative. In addition, it is not overly complicated with the very common “Get paid 7 ways” stuff. This means you could explain this plan to someone new to Network Marketing. That’s a big plus.
Time will tell what the full offering will be. Meantime, I’ll be keeping an eye on this one.
One program that I’m not merely keeping an eye on offers a full funnel builder for $25 per month. That includes landing pages, sales pages, membership pages, cart pages, etc. Everything offered by the big guys for hundreds per month. Just $25.
