Want to Know the Secret of MLM Success?
There are a lot, and I mean A LOT of people out there that want to sell you the secret to MLM success.
You can buy courses for $297, promising to teach you the MAGIC WORDS to say so that people will hypnotically jump into your program and make you a Galactic Super Diamond by the middle of next week.
They will teach you, for $147, how to spam your Facebook account with posts about your super wonder juice.
And someone else will charge you $97 to tell you that spamming your Facebook page is a terrible thing to do.
Here’s the thing:
Some of these programs actually have some good information in them. I’ve bought some in the past and I’m sure I’ll buy some in the future. One good idea is probably worth more than $297 to me, under one condition…
And what is that one condition, you ask?
Hop on Paypal and send me, no, I’m kidding.
The condition is that you have to be willing to do what you already know how to do, and that you know that you should do, but probably aren’t.
Courses and the net and even gurus can help you streamline some processes and make you more efficient. They might even help you find some additional people to talk to.
MLM/ Network Marketing is really a pretty simple business.
- You become an avid user of a product or service you genuinely like and believe in.
- You talk to people.
- You find out if they think something is missing from their lives that your business or your products can help provide.
- You ask them if they’d like to take a look.
- You provide them with information.
- You collect a decision from them about whether they would like to join your business, become your customer or neither.
- You teach them how to do what you just did.
Repeat steps 1 through 7 until you retire.
And you probably already knew that, didn’t you?
But are you doing it?
Are you, on a daily basis, finding out if you can be of service to people?
It doesn’t matter if you do it in person, over the phone or on the net. It doesn’t matter if you blog, do videos, use Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat or any other tool.
It only matters that you do the seven steps on a regular basis.
Get that part right and the stuff the gurus are trying to sell you might help you get better or move faster.
But until you are in a place mentally where you are doing the basics, you don’t need a guru.
You just need to get started.
